Hello, I’m Elizabeth Zanetti a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), an IAFHH Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS), and a Gut Health Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWS-1).

Food is medicine and you will find me at the local Community Gardens volunteering at their weekly market garden selling local fresh produce as pictured above. I keep fit by going to Zumba, Konga and yoga classes and use a weighted hula hoop at home that’s fun and easy to use.

My story is that I had been unhealthy most of my life. If someone had cold symptoms then I would be in bed sick for two weeks. I was prescribed pills and medicine but it didn’t help and I didn’t know how to get healthier. As a woman, I suffered painful periods, ovarian cysts, and most likely other undiagnosed health issues. I am now post-menopausal, and the journey was not easy.

Hospitals are overflowing with patients, and so many people growing old with diseases such as dementia. I think surely this way of life isn’t what we were destined for. Searching for answers I read Primal Body, Primal Mind: Beyond the Paleo Diet for Total Health and A Longer Life by Nora Gedgaudas and then did her Primal Restoration® Certification Course. Wanting to know more I then studied for the Diploma of Functional Nutritional Therapy with the NTA. I then became a licensed Restart® Program Instructor. This program is the start of your health journey before we dig deeper into your bio-individual health and wellness goals. I am passionate about women's reproductive and hormonal health and making that journey easier thus I studied to be a women’s Functional Hormone Specialist through the International Association for Functional Hormone Health (IAFHH) Certification Program.

I focus on women’s health to support you on this journey. I’m here to help you understand the underlying issues and to give you ideas to help you make realistic changes in a sustainable way so that you feel empowered about taking charge of your health and wellness.

An FNTP & IC-FHS is trained to assess client symptoms, discomforts, and goals, identify nutritional strengths and deficiencies, make recommendations of dietary & lifestyle changes, and nutritional supplements where needed, (no medical diagnoses or prescriptions), and collaboratively develop a plan of action to support optimal health.
